Role Overview
At Transform 42 Inc., Consultants play a central role across every client engagement — whether it’s technology transformation, operational efficiency, or strategic growth. We are actively seeking analysts with experience in one or more of the following service areas:
- 🔗 Vendor Management Solutions – Support procurement modernization and vendor lifecycle analysis
- 🔗 Business Process Management – Drive workflow mapping, operational redesign, and performance optimization
- 🔗 Cybersecurity & Penetration Testing – Translate risk assessments into structured reporting and process improvements
- 🔗 IT Service Management (ITSM) – Align IT operations with measurable service delivery improvements
- 🔗 Learning & Development Services – Shape training strategies, assess program effectiveness, and support LMS transitions
- 🔗 Business Development & Proposal Writing – Help define solution strategies and capture business requirements in RFPs
- 🔗 Talent Management & Recruiting – Use analytics to improve workforce planning and hiring outcomes
- 🔗 AI & Machine Learning Solutions – Define data requirements and evaluate intelligent system solutions
- 🔗 Marketing Strategy & Execution – Analyze campaign data and shape market-facing strategies
- 🔗 Data Analysis & Analytics – Support insights generation, KPI tracking, and dashboard design
- 🔗 Organizational Development – Clarify roles, assess structures, and inform change management
- 🔗 Digital Transformation – Lead stakeholder interviews and drive modernization projects
- 🔗 Financial Consulting – Document finance processes, support audits, and align reporting structures
- 🔗 Secure Software / DevSecOps – Bridge user needs with technical development in secure environments
- 🔗 Real Estate & Development – Analyze property data and support asset planning initiatives
What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual stakeholder interviews to capture detailed business and technical needs
- Develop business requirements, process maps, workflows, and user stories
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and SMEs to support implementation
- Support user testing, change management, and training development
- Track progress against KPIs and recommend improvements post-launch
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of consulting or business analysis experience
- Experience supporting federal, defense, or public sector clients
- Strong facilitation and documentation skills (BRDs, SOPs, user stories)
- Comfortable with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Lucidchart, or similar
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree required
- U.S. Citizenship required; security clearance (or eligibility) preferred

- Pay range based on experience and client requirements
