Senior Consultant – Strategy & Transformation (1099 Contractor)
Transform 42 Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to lead strategic transformation initiatives for federal and defense clients. In this remote, project-based role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, managing complex engagements that span digital modernization, process improvement, IT service delivery, and organizational change. You'll work closely with senior government stakeholders, guide internal consulting teams, and ensure successful implementation of tailored solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and mission outcomes.
This is an ideal role for professionals with 6+ years of consulting experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive results in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
